Terms of Trade
The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from Boatlab (Carlab) to private consumers. In the case of dealer sales / B2B (sales to VAT no.), The applicable rules in accordance with Danish legislation apply. The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between you as the buyer and Boatlab.
Documentation and guidance
If there are product descriptions and user manuals for the item, these are included with the delivery from Boatlab. If you want further information or advice from BoatLab, this is for guidance only.
Boatlab points out that some of the goods for sale in the store are illegal, according to Danish law, to use / have in a public place / road. These items are for exhibitions / track / driving abroad (not Danish reg.). If in doubt, please contact local law enforcement.Boatlab cannot be held responsible for any violations / fines.
Delivery time and transport
Delivery of goods fromBoatlab is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of goods is done by Post or freight forwarder unless otherwise agreed in advance. Normal delivery time 3-9 business days. Please note that some items are "not in stock" or custom made. These items may exceed the normal delivery time. On the website, our delivery times are estimated and updated to the best of our knowledge. Unexpectedly, there may be delivery times that are longer than described on the website.
To have your item delivered, you must pay shipping. The cost depends on the size and weight of the package.
Normal size parcels are delivered by mail, and shipping costs 13,90 Euro.
The risk for the goods
The risk for goods purchased atBoatlab passes to you as a consumer when the goods are picked up at our address by you or you get the goods in physical possession.
When you shop at Boatlab, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. Any costs that arise from complaints, e.g. assembly / disassembly / painting or other, is not covered by boatlab.fi.
Any errors or faults in a delivery from Boatlab must be invoked within a reasonable time after you discover the error. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. It is your duty to indicate and on request show how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, please contactBoatlab quickly. As a rule, you can only complain about errors that appear no later than two years after you have received the item. For items with a limited shelf life or service life (eg bulbs, neon tubes, etc.), your right of appeal is limited to the normal service life of the product.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or without delivery.
Unjustified complaints will be debited with a minimum of 35 Euros incl. VAT, up to the actual handling costs.

Boatlab makes no independent warranty. If there is a guarantee on the products, it is only guarantees the manufacturer has given you. All warranty inquiries should therefore be directed to the manufacturer of the product.

Price and payment
All prices are incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are updated daily. In case of delays, backorders or sold out items, we strive to inform you about this as soon as possible and what we can do in the case - e.g. give you the money back, or help you find a similar item. If a price is manifestly incorrect and you reasonably should have discovered this, we are not obligated to supply the product in question at the wrong price.

The amount will be deducted from your card when the goods are sent from Boatlab. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.
Sales per invoice requires approval, we reserve the right not to provide credit or sell per. invoice without further justifying this.
All prices are incl. VAT. For custom-made products, Boatlab reserves the right to demand advance payment. Boatlab reserves the right to change prices and information without further notice.
Information regarding. promotions and sales
The item is only reserved for you when your order has been completed and payment information is registered in our system. <br>
Therefore, do not wait too long from the time you place items in the basket until you complete your order, as you run the risk that the item you have postponed will be sold out before you have time to complete your order. <br>
We reserve the right to make stock errors and price changes during promotions and sales.
Right of withdrawal in online trading
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message must be given via e-mail. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
When returning goods in relation to the right of withdrawal, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping.
You can NOT regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. If you choose to do this anyway, you will be responsible for the expenses we have in connection with the return of the item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially produced goods, such as goods produced according to the customer's wishes and specifications (eg stickers / streamers), and goods that are cut / cut and sold per. running meters. These items are not returnable and can not be canceled, returned or exchanged as soon as they are ordered.
Safety equipment with approvals (eg TÜV, ISO) must be returned to the manufacturer for testing and repackaging. This cost is handled by the customer, and is deducted when crediting.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased under one order. Please note that you will not receive the delivery costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Your order must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the item / items. Due to their size / weight, certain items cannot be returned by normal mail. This applies to heavy and bulky goods. Expenses for this are approx. 1000 kroner per pallet. Return packages sent by postal order to Boatlab will not be picked up.
You can also cancel the purchase by giving clear notice and delivering it in person at the above address, if this has been agreed in advance.
You are responsible for the item arriving to us safely. Therefore, always remember to pack the item well. We recommend that you send the package with Track & Trace (if the package should disappear during transport). If the item (s) we receive is damaged, it will not be refunded.
You must enclose a copy of your invoice upon return. We further encourage you as a consumer to complete our cancellation form or our online return form.
Parcels that are not picked up/Erroneous shipping address
Parcels will be available for pickup in a Parcel Shop for two weeks before being returned to us. If a parcel is returned from the Parcel Shop, we will charge a fee of 35 Euros to cover BoatLabs shipping and handling costs. Parcels that are not picked up are not covered by the right to return. If the parcel is returned because of an unknown address, or you have moved from the address, we will charge the return shipping costs (according to GLS' current shipping costs) and a new shipping fee according to the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the paid amount back (fees and additional services will not be credited) within 14 days of notifying us. If you return individual items from your order, the price of the item will be refunded, and if you return your entire order, we will refund the item (s)'s price + standard postage. In the event of impairment for which you are liable, this purchase will be deducted. We refund with the same means of payment that you have chosen for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

We use a log statistic on our websites, which means that a statistics system can contain information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from, where on the website it leaves etc. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing Boatlab.fr.

Right of withdrawal
No right of withdrawal is granted for B2B-purchases on our websites.
Right of complaint
This is a 1 year complaint about items purchased on our websites. You must complain immediately, and within 2 days after you have discovered errors.
We do not give money back in connection with a complaint, but we offer extended service in the form of repairs or the like. When purchasing on our website, the buyer waives his right to cancel the purchase in favor of the seller's extended duty to remedy.
In case, if Boatlab deems it reasonable, I will be able to use it to cancel the purchase. It may be that the utility value for use is deducted.
